1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Overview

Triplano provides users with customized itinerary planning, expert recommendations, and booking assistance for self-guided trips. While we facilitate logistics such as hotels, cabs, and activities, actual execution is handled by third-party vendors.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of India, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

4. User Responsibility

• You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You must ensure timely communication for booking confirmations and service execution.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your trip.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

5. Limitation of Liability

5. Prohibited Activities

8. Contribution License

By posting or submitting Contributions, you grant Triplano a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to:

Use, copy, modify, distribute, and publicly display your Contributions for marketing, product development, and business purposes.

Incorporate your Contributions into our platform, promotional materials, or future services.

Retain the rights to use your Contributions even after you discontinue using our Services.

You retain ownership of your Contributions, but by submitting them, you agree that Triplano can use them freely for business and operational purposes.

9. Terms & Conditons

• Taxes: Included as applicable.
• Transportation: As per itinerary only.
• Insurance: Travel/medical insurance is not included.
• Refunds & Cancellations: Subject to the cancellation policies of the concerned hotels and service providers.
• Payment Terms: Full payment must be cleared 15 days before departure, failing which the booking stands canceled without a refund.
• Emergency Situations: Costs related to evacuation due to road closures, government-imposed restrictions, or natural disasters must be borne by the client.
• Behavior Policy: Smoking, intoxication, or disruptive behavior in tour vehicles is not allowed. Drivers may refuse service if necessary.

10. Modifications to the Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
